The club has been Sailing at Stanborough for 50 years

Sailing on Sundays

First race is at 10.00am, second race approx 11.30am. Usually each race is one hour.

Duties

OOD = Officer of the Day AOD = Assistant Race Officer RD = Rescue Driver RA = Rescue Assistant 

Please remember OODs are responsible for contacting their team during the week before the race to confirm they are available. 

SWAPS – e-mail Sundayracers@wgcsc.org.uk to request swaps or contact members directly.When duties are swapped they MUST be notified in advance to the Race Officer (race.officer@wgcsc.org.uk) with a copy to Duty Rota Manager, It is the responsibility of those involved in the swap to ensure that these officials are notified so as to avoid confusion. The Web version of the rota will be kept up-to-date by the Duty Rota Manager in conjunction with the Webmaster.

2022 Winners

At the AGM Alan Campbell was presented with the 'Helm of the Year' trophy having won the Easter Egg Cup, Summer Regatta Fast Fleet Trophy, 2nd in the Commodore's Cup, first Winter Pursuit and second in Summer Pursuit Series. Annette Walter won almost as many prizes over the year was runner up this year.

David Lambert won the Burgee and the Personal Handicap trophies both of which are series run over the whole year. Angelo Hansen was the outstanding 'Most Improved Helm'.

PunchBowl 

CONGRATULATIONS to Comet sailors Annette and Mike who managed to retain the much coveted Punchbowl Trophy this year in spite of stiff competition from the Supernova helmed by Dave and Shaun  and Leader helmed by  Roger.
